Danny was thorough and ensured all my concerns were resolved. Workers handled my belongings with care and reassembled my bed. 10/10 would recommend

The movers are hard-workers, always doing more than it’s must or expected ! If some of the customers can’t be clear about the items list, trying to cheat the office and after, as a fact to accuse the moves that they asked for cash etc. it’s not nice! Not all of the customers are always right! If you don't want to tip, don't give it, and if you did, then there's no point in reproaching it. Tips are not condemned in this country! 😊✌️

Beck works good and a good mover

This is the second time I've used ZeroMax. I really can't recommend them enough. Tally was extremely helpful coordinating the move. I had to make several tweaks to the move; she was very patient and answered all my questions. The movers worked very efficiently and were happy to accommodate my requests.

Edit: I have now used ZeroMax a third time. This time I worked with Bob. Bob was very friendly and courteous. He answered all of my questions and was patient as I made changes and special requests. The same was true for the movers. The move went very well!

I called ZeroMax because we sold our childhood home and I needed to transport the items to a storage unit. Luka and Fridon were amazing! They took such care of packing and moving all of my precious items. They were professional, respectful and did a great job! I highly recommend them! A shout out to Alex who handled all the arrangements. Communication was great and pricing is reasonable. I will definitely be using them again in the future. 🙂

The two guys that came yesterday were very friendly, professional and arrived and finished on time. From the very beginning the moving process was seamless and almost stress-free. I will recommend ZeroMax Moving to friends and family.

I had to use them to move my stuff into storage for apartment to be remodeled. They was so quick, efficient and friendly. Definitely using them again if I need to move more stuff.

Bob was responsive, transparent, and very easy to work with from the start. Best price I got from multiple vendors. Niko was awesome when he arrived, was on time and very careful with my things. I couldn’t recommend these guys more. ZeroMax FTW!

My family and I had an amazing experience with zeromax. The movers were very delicate with everything they moved,patient and willing to even help pack, respectful, on time and incredibly hard working. The movers accommodated everything where we would tell them and also ask where we wanted things,they took there time and again very professional. The movers communicated efficiently.

BEST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!😍😍😍

Moving is my least favorite thing. I dread it. I had been in my place for four years, and as a maximalist, I had accumulated quite a bit of stuff. Ika from the office was so kind and patient helping me organize and prepare for the move. He gave me an extremely competitive quote and was able to answer all of my many questions. He was thorough and gracious and made me feel at ease, know that that the guys would take care of us. If you have moved in NYC, you know that Uhaul drama can WRECK your move day. The guys showed up with a huge truck, with more than enough space for everything. Abdullah, Shavkat and Ozod moved us in record time—I had stuff in a storage unit and at an apartment and the whole move, with three total locations, was finished by early afternoon. The guys were exactly on time—8 am on a Sunday😅. They were so kind and went above and beyond to take care of my things. Some of our stuff had been in smaller containers and they sprang into action assembling larger boxes and repacked everything so it was consolidated and easy to move. I had several large oil paintings that they wrapped up with such care. The same went for my mirrors. I had a massive plant that is incredibly precious to me—I’ve had it for 7 years and it’s heavy, precarious, and fragile. It would never fit in a car so I asked them to take it in the truck. I was worried, but when I saw how they packed everything I felt so relieved knowing it couldn’t be travelled more safely. They disassembled and reassembled all of my furniture, even after I insisted that they had already worked hard enough and I could do it on my own. When I tried to give them a hand and grab a box or two they refused to allow me to lift a finger.
For those complaining about tipping—I am shocked and embarrassed to see that people can watch these men perform back-breaking labor and believe that~ $100 split amongst three or so men should suffice. I implore you to consider the nature of the work these people are doing, likely every day. If you are hiring movers, you know that moving is daunting, and you don’t want to do it yourself! Pay people what they are worth!!! Absurd!
I’m am beyond grateful for Ika, Abdullah, Ozod, and Shavkat. It was the smoothest move I have ever had. I’ll never go back to moving myself, and will always try to get these guys. You know you can trust them to work efficiently and carefully, going above and beyond to make the experience remarkably easy.
