ZeroMax was a great company to go with while moving during the coronavirus pandemic. They were gloves and masks throughout the entire move. The 3 movers wrapped each individual piece of furniture securely and ensured it would not be damaged. They even disassembled a few small pieces of furniture for us. They were very thorough and careful when loading and unloading the truck, and put every item in the correct rooms as instructed. I would recommend!

I am happy we found these guys and hired them. We were going through a chaotic office move and these guys made it so easy for us. They were very responsive and reliable. They wrapped up all of our furniture and moved it carefully yet quickly. We are so impressed with the way they handled everything and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving!! We used these folks last year for same day moving and were very happy with everything!! The two guys were very helpful and friendly (and patient!) and made our move a smooth one, despite my "doing things till the last minute"-ways (I was still throwing things in boxes as they were moving furniture around me. haha) Highly recommended!!

I had a great experience with my movers Alex and Zaza - they carefully moved an upright piano for me from its former owner to my apartment. They were methodical and careful but also had a great, positive attitude. I would be thrilled to have their help again for a future move. Everyone I spoke with at the office / Sales was also helpful and responsive and I love that you get follow-ups by text and can pay easily via a payment link on your phone or web. Very easy and accommodating end-to-end.

ZeroMax crew did a fantastic job for us. They were very responsive, showed up on time with masks on. We had quite a lot of stuff and they were always very patient and careful. They marked carefully of the destinations on each items, and made sure everything was put into the right place as we wanted. In addition, they were super friendly, always wearing a big smile and made the typically stressful moving experience very delightful. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic. The team showed up at the time they promised. They explained the whole process and made us feel very comfortable. They blanketed wrapped each piece of furniture securely with tape. They were efficient, polite and worked hard. When they got to my new building before me, they communicated with the landlord and were set and ready to unload when I got there.Super team. Thumbs up for the lady at the office for here great customer service!
