ZeroMax was a great company to go with while moving during the coronavirus pandemic. They were gloves and masks throughout the entire move. The 3 movers wrapped each individual piece of furniture securely and ensured it would not be damaged. They even disassembled a few small pieces of furniture for us. They were very thorough and careful when loading and unloading the truck, and put every item in the correct rooms as instructed. I would recommend!

Good communication, up front about the price no surprise fees. The movers were punctual, polite and friendly. Very professional, handled furniture and other belongings carefully. Would recommend!

The communication and tips, ease in information and services provided are great. I reached out and had a quote in like 30 to 40 mins. Such an easy process and I had to reschedule like 2 times due to elevator issues at my new place, no issue. They were so understanding and great to work with.

I booked ZeroMax Flat Fee Movers pretty late (about 3/4 days before my move since my move in date had to be changed) but I am really happy that I booked them. Leo and Kakha reached well ahead of time and waited patiently because my elevator reservation was until almost 2.5 hours later. They moved all my things with a lot of care and there were no issues at all. They even helped dispose of unwanted furniture which I really appreciated. I had a restriction on the elevator in the destination location but they finished the unloading very quickly. All in all, it was a very smooth experience from start to finish and I definitely recommend them.
