ZeroMax was a great company to go with while moving during the coronavirus pandemic. They were gloves and masks throughout the entire move. The 3 movers wrapped each individual piece of furniture securely and ensured it would not be damaged. They even disassembled a few small pieces of furniture for us. They were very thorough and careful when loading and unloading the truck, and put every item in the correct rooms as instructed. I would recommend!

Ika and Vazha were amazing! They worked incredibly efficiently and I was happy to tip them at the end of the day. Our move was tricky: 5 floor walkup, no elevator, skinny hallways and doorways, and they got it done quickly and easily. I am still SO impressed and so grateful! Highly highly recommend them.ZeroMax as a company was also a total joy to work with. Reliable and responsive, amazing communication and clarity around process and pricing and safety. Huge thank you to Nick, Alex, Robert, and John, who all very patiently answered my questions and my (many) calls. :) Thank you guys so much for making this move so much easier!!

Ikas and crew did an amazing job moving my one bedroom apartment. They had to carry all of my stuff down six flights of stairs and did it quickly and safely. Everything was treated with care. I can't recommend ZeroMax and Ikas and his crew enough!

I cannot tell you how amazing this company was! From start to finish. They were professional, careful, speedy and did the right thing! They were so very helpful even with helping me take down a tv that was not listed! The team was amazing ten stars! !

They did a great job with my move. The key is to just make sure you're prepared before they arrive. They even let me add additional clothes and a small table for free. They were also a few hundred dollars cheaper than my closest estimate. Would definitely hire again.

Alex and Archie get 5 stars for our move from Manhattan to a storage facility in NJ (about an hour away). They were on-time, friendly, efficient, and probably most importantly, extremely careful with our belongings (wrapped and padded furniture, protected TVs, and took extra care of the boxes marked "Fragile"). I'm not sure how many different teams ZeroMax has available for moves, but we would DEFNIITELY recommend Alex/Archie if requests are available.Isaac was our customer service representative and was very helpful with our quote, as we had to update him of our inventory list multiple times since we kept changing it. Pricing was transparent and fair.
