ZeroMax was a great company to go with while moving during the coronavirus pandemic. They were gloves and masks throughout the entire move. The 3 movers wrapped each individual piece of furniture securely and ensured it would not be damaged. They even disassembled a few small pieces of furniture for us. They were very thorough and careful when loading and unloading the truck, and put every item in the correct rooms as instructed. I would recommend!

It was a great experience with them. They accommodated any last minute changes to our list of items. Alex and his colleague was very quick and efficient. They helped us with our same day move and took care of all our furnitures properly. Our new place was brand new and they took utmost care to not scratch the flooring or any other thing. Highly recommended!!

Emzar and his colleague were very professional and fast. They disassembled and assembled my furniture perfectly. Thank you for taking such good care of my items.Additionally, leading up to the move, I had a lot of questions. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very helpful. No surprise charges and overall easy furniture moving in NYC.Will be using Zeromax again!!

They did reach out multiple times immediately after I posted this review, were very apologetic, and offered a partial refund given the whole tip situation.Due to that, the fact that the actual move was very smooth, & the movers handled my items with care, I've upped my rating!

I recently used ZeroMax for moving long distance from NJ to NYC and couldn't have been happier! I received a quote within an hour of the request, and booking was easy. The office could have been a bit better with responding to emails, particularly when it came to updating my inventory list, but it wasn't difficult to get them on the phone and sort it out.The actual long distance move went great! Leo and his crew arrived at the end of the time slot, but kept me updated via text for their arrival. They were friendly and professional, and worked quickly to load and unload the truck. I had a few extra items that I didn't account for in my list, and accidentally forgot to mention that my bed was electric, but we worked out the additional fees (which were reasonable I might add) easily.Once they left, I realized that they accidentally left a power supply in their truck. I reached out to the office and they were able to get in touch with Leo and find it the next day. He had it next day shipped to my new apartment and even followed up to make sure I received it. Couldn't ask for better service! Highly recommended and I'll definitely use them for my next long distance move!

I had SUCH a wonderful experience with ZeroMax Movers. THE PRICE CANNOT BE BEAT!!! I AM TELLING YOU!! I called 10+ places. ZEROMAX WAS THE CHEAPEST And had THE BEST REVIEWS!I lived on the 5th floor of my old apartment and I was moving to the 4th floor of a new apartment. These guys are such hard workers!My old apartment had VERY narrow stairs and my furniture is very expensive. Not ONE item was scratched or damaged.The men took apart my bed and my peloton, they put these items back together perfectly and super fast!I had a couch come to my new apartment, the men came here first to carry that couch up for me and put it together! The couch was VERY heavy.I had multiple boxes of China glass and not one item was scratched or broken. I didn't even wrap the glass up because I didn't have time! Really remarkable.It was a hot rainy night and the men moved my belongings without getting them wet.I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They set me up for a win!Also I didn't know how I wanted my bed and my furniture for the bedroom, and the men set it up and it looks GREAT! They're also designers- who knew! HahaI am SO happy I chose ZEROMAX!
