ZeroMax was a great company to go with while moving during the coronavirus pandemic. They were gloves and masks throughout the entire move. The 3 movers wrapped each individual piece of furniture securely and ensured it would not be damaged. They even disassembled a few small pieces of furniture for us. They were very thorough and careful when loading and unloading the truck, and put every item in the correct rooms as instructed. I would recommend!

Excellent service, showed up early and were gentle with all boxes. Reassembled my bed on a 2nd floor loft! Great attitude and professional.One area that could have been handled better were price negotiations, on the day of the move I was charged more for having more items - not a huge amount but it could have been handled better than a back and forth phone call while the move is actually taking place.

ZeroMax was a total professional. I needed to quickly move a purchased couch. I reached out to several movers who were either unable to accommodate the small,local move or overly pricey. ZeroMax responded quickly with a reasonable price. Hooray. Then we realized the move date was Easter. ZM communicated quickly that they would do the move the next day. They kept me totally informed and delivered within the time block promised. The movers were quick & quiet while I was on a Zoom call!

I had a great experience with John and his movers!First of all, when requesting a quote, John reached out within 30 mins and even gave me a call to confirm. He wanted to make sure we did our due diligence in measuring larger items to avoid extra day-of-move fees which I appreciated. He even let me throw in a couple smaller items without extra fees!Day of move, they gave a call when they were about 15-20 mins away and arrived promptly. They took care in wrapping fragile items and packed up my LES studio in I want to say an hour or less! I met them in my new apt in Brooklyn--they had already laid out my things in front and started moving everything in when I arrived. The whole process from arrival to departure was probably 2 hours. Both movers were very kind and made sure to ask where to put everything.Overall really great service from start to finish and made this move as easy as it gets! Also want to mention that nothing was damaged in the move. I would definitely recommend zero max moving to anyone looking for a smooth move in NYC! Thanks again!

It really took me a long time to find a good moving company around my zip code and i found this company through a friend who recently just moved and i agree that it is very reliable fast and responsible with your valuables I recommend people who are moving to go and give them a call.... Btw they are reasonable and affordable
